Preparation

Halve the peaches and remove the stone. Place them in a baking dish with the concave side up. Mix the mascarpone with the honey and spoon it over the peaches.
Sprinkle with the flaked almonds and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes. Finish with some lavender flowers.
