In the beginning, I was sceptical, but now I weigh 20 kg less
Since I was a teenager, I’d always been a bit chubby, but by the time I graduated I weighed more than 90 kilo. After going on various diets without much success, I had almost given up hope. In early 2015, a colleague advised me to buy a book by Mrs Naessens. In the beginning, I was a bit sceptical about those books. I thought: ‘I’m hardly allowed to eat anything anymore and I’m never allowed to eat or drink anything with sugar again.’ The opposite was true! After trying out a few recipes, I was hooked. Tasty, simple and quick to prepare, but tasty in particular. Within a few months, I had lost 20 kilo. And it doesn’t feel like a diet, because it’s not a diet. I still have a bottle of cola every day and I still go to the chip shop sometimes.
