Keto chocolate mousse
Thoroughly combine the coconut milk, the nut butter and the cocoa powder. Let the mixture briefly set in the refrigerator or for a couple of minutes in the freezer. Garnish with the cocoa nibs.
Tip: coconut cream
For this dessert, you need coconut cream instead of coconut milk. Can’t find coconut cream? Then just use the creamy layer on the top of coconut milk from the can or carton.

- 7 fl oz (200 ml) coconut cream
- 2 oz (60 g) nut butter
- 1 oz (30 g) cocoa powder
- ½ oz (15 g) cocoa nibs to garnish
