Love it!

I don’t diet, I simply eat differently
 
I was so unhappy with my weight that I said to my wife one day: ‘I’ve had enough. I want to do something about it’. We bought a Natural Food (Puur Genieten) book and that set the ball rolling. Now, two years later, I’ve lost 35 kg and the number of Pascale’s books on my shelf has grown. When people ask me: ‘How’s your diet going?’ I always say: ‘I don’t diet, I simply eat differently’. I eat well, lots and tastily. I used to eat a plate of mashed potatoes with two cordon bleus and a dollop of mayonnaise. I would also eat anything left over by my son or wife. I still eat more than enough, but it’s mainly vegetables. I discovered delicious vegetables that I had never eaten before: parsnips, celeriac, aubergine, chickpeas, lentils and avocado. I no longer eat potatoes and meat and I drastically reduced the amount of bread I consume.
 
But I also get a lot in return. I used to have to actively search for clothes in my size, now I can simply walk into any clothes shop and purchase clothing. I’m no longer tempted by what I see. Yes, I’m completely ‘converted’. Pascale offers good advice, but you have to do it yourself. You have to believe in yourself.
