Preparation

Finely chop the garlic and herbs. Put the minced chicken, the herbs (keep a little aside for the finishing touch), the garlic and the curry paste in a bowl and knead well. Make it citizens.
Boil the bok choy in salted water for about three minutes. Drain the water and put the pan back on the heat. Add the toasted sesame oil, soy sauce and lime juice and let it simmer for about two minutes.
Meanwhile, fry the chicken burgers for about five minutes on each side. Serve with the finely chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.

TIP – CURRY PASTE
Always taste the curry paste first, some varieties are very spicy, others very mild. If necessary, adjust the dosage to taste.

TIP – PARTY
If you want to prepare this dish for a larger group, bake the chicken burgers in the oven instead of in the pan. Then first pour some olive oil into a casserole dish and drizzle the burgers with some oil.

You can adjust the quantities to your own needs. If you are a big eater, do a lot of sports or have a heavy job, prepare larger portions but stick to the combinations. No one should leave the table hungry.
