Camembert with Grapes and Nuts
I make this for friends or for when we’re not particularly hungry, but still feel like eating something delicious.
Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Cut the grapes into smaller bunches and place them in a baking dish. Remove the rosemary leaves from the stems and sprinkle them over the grapes. Add the nuts and season generously with black pepper. Drizzle a splash of olive oil over the grapes and bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven, or longer if the grapes are large. Score the camembert a couple of times and put the cheese in the oven during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Spoon some of the melted camembert cheese onto a plate and add some grapes and nuts. Delicious!
TIP: GRAPES
Grapes and bananas contain more sugar than other fruits, which is why I see them as nature’s candy and only eat them occasionally. Consider this dish more as comfort food, given that it contains too much sugar for a low-carb dish.
