This is not a diet, even if I’ve lost 13 kg
From January up until now, I’ve lost 13 kg and I have to say: it not only feels good, but I’m also eating healthier and tastier food! I’ve 2 young children and I make everything child-friendly, so often carrot puree or an oven dish, but this type of food really made me put on weight, and after the evening meal a bag of crisps was a regular habit. Suddenly, I realized I should do something about the excess weight as a result of my pregnancies, and that I couldn’t just blame the children. I started eating differently and bought all your books. In the beginning, it took a bit of time and effort, but after 2 weeks I was used to it. Fruit for breakfast has become a regular habit and even my husband insists on eating fruit every morning.
Pure cuisine (Pure keuken) is really enjoying healthy food. Everyone asks me what diet I’m on and I tell them: “I’m not on a diet. I’m just eating differently and more healthily!" Suffice it to say, I’d recommend it to everyone! Thanks, Pascale.
